Carlisle , Cleveland , St. Charles???
1. Are you going to attend the 2012 POCI convention in St. Charles, IL the week of July 17th ?
2. Would you like to cruise/caravan as a group from Carlisle ?
3. Would you like to tour the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, OH (this is about the halfway point to the convention)?
If you have answered 'yes' to these 3 questions, I have your attention.
I have leading a caravan leaving Carlisle on Monday, the 16th. No details right now, but it is a 6 hour drive to Cleveland.
Arrive Cleveland in the late afternoon, overnight at the Sheridan by the Airport. less than 15 miles from the Hall of Fame. (group rate @ $109. minimum 10 room reservations) They are with the same hotel group as the host hotel in St. Charles.
Tuesday, July 17th AM: Tour the museum (they are open 10:00 - 5:30). If we have 20 people, a 3 1/2 hour guided tour is possible, other wise it is a self guided tour.
Tuesday PM: On the road to St. Charles, IL. Again, about 6 more driving hours. You will have to make late arrival/check in with your hotel in St. Charles.
To make this "work", I will need 10 confirmation for room reservations no later than March 30th. (regular rate is $179).
